Product Fitment & Compatibility

• Do your backstraps fit all Glock models?

No. Each backstrap is engineered to match the exact frame geometry of its intended model. Variations between frames will not fit properly.

• My specific frame isn’t listed but looks identical. Will it work?

If the frame geometry is identical, it may work; however, compatibility cannot be guaranteed without testing. If fitment issues occur, returns with a full refund are available per the return policy.

• Can backstraps be used with Talon grips or other frame grips?

The portion of the grip that sits under the backstrap must be removed. The backstrap must sit flush to the frame. Any added thickness will misalign the pin holes.

• Will aftermarket stippling or frame modifications affect fitment?

Potentially. These products are designed to fit OEM frames. Aggressive stippling, grip tape, or dimensional change can create misalignment.

 

Sizing & Selection

• Which backstrap size should I choose?

Selection is personal preference. Many customers try more than one size before finding their preferred fit. See the product description for each part to understand the differences between variants.

 

Texture, Modifications & Custom Requests

• Can a smooth or custom-textured version be made?

Custom work is not offered. Designs are standardized to maintain consistency and quality.

• Is sanding or reshaping recommended?

Some customers have had success lightly wet sanding to smooth the stipple texture; however, modifications are performed at the customer’s own risk. Sanding or reshaping can compromise structural integrity and finish.

• Can the backstrap be stippled?

Stippling is not recommended. The material behaves differently than OEM polymer and may degrade strength or finish.

 

Pins & Installation

• Why is only one pin included?

Most customers only use one pin. To reduce waste, only a single pin is included. Additional pins are available for purchase separately.

• Do you offer black pins?

Black pins are not currently offered. Some customers choose to coat or color the visible ends. OEM polymer pins may also be used but may allow slightly more movement due to flexibility.

• Why does the pin sometimes “walk” during use?

The stainless steel pin is rigid and smooth, unlike flexible OEM polymer pins which conform and lock in place. Occasional re-centering may be required during high round-count use.

 

Magwell Compatibility

• Will the magwell work with all baseplates or mag extensions?

Compatibility cannot be guaranteed due to the wide variety of baseplates and extensions available. Returns are accepted if compatibility issues occur.

• What causes magwell installation issues?

Frame stippling, grip tape, or improper installation procedure can prevent proper magwell fitment.

• Can magwell be used with Talon grips or other frame grips?

The portion of the grip that sits under the magwell must be removed. The magwell must sit flush to the frame. Any added thickness will cause misalignment.

 

Orders, Shipping & Tracking

• Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not currently available. Some customers use package forwarding services successfully.

• My tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive the package.

Packages occasionally receive premature delivery scans or are delivered nearby. Allow 1–2 business days for arrival. If it does not arrive, please reach out through the contact form.

• I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Order confirmation may have been filtered to spam. If not received, support can verify the order and resend confirmation details.

• Why do I see multiple pending charges?

Pending authorizations may appear but are not finalized unless the transaction completes. If no order is shown in the system, the charge will not settle.

 

Product Availability & Future Releases

• Will you release a version for my frame?

Additional models are planned for future development; however, release timelines are not finalized. Subscribing to email updates on the website is the best way to receive notifications of all new releases.

• Will you release versions without a beavertail or other variations?

Alternative designs have been explored but require extensive testing and iteration before release. Custom one-off versions are not offered.

 

Colors & Finishes

• Are other colors (e.g., FDE) available?

Additional colors are not currently available. Some customers choose to dye or coat parts independently.

 

Miscellaneous

• Can the backstrap be permanently molded or bonded into the frame?

Permanent modification is not recommended.
