Return Policy

14-Day Return Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on or after July 25, 2026.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be approved before being mailed. Products sent without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization. Returned products must be in their original condition and may not be modified, damaged, or abused.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% return handling and restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

The return handling fee and return shipping costs will be waived if the product is confirmed to be defective or if an incorrect item was shipped.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. To purchase a different size, model, or product, a new order must be placed separately. A return request does not initiate or reserve a replacement product.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
